At Fly High Fit, we recognize that every body is unique—our fitness studio is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Our curriculum has been carefully designed for small groups, with a maximum of 10 students, and requires pre-registration. This allows our instructors to safely cater to the individual needs of each member.
Aerial Hammock
Take Your Fitness to New Heights!


Learn beginner-friendly spins, flips, drops, and poses while progressing towards advance aerial techniques. Develop strength, flexibility, and fluidity as you create stunning routines set to music.
Class Schedule: Mondays at 7:30pm
Attire: Please wear a fitted long-sleeve top and ankle-length leggings.

Make Your Fitness an Art!
Experience the elegance of aerial hoop, a suspended circular apparatus that allows you to explore stunning shapes and gravity-defying tricks. With progressive training, you'll build confidence and strength at your own pace.

Pole
Make Your Fitness Fun!
A fun and empowering way to build strength and flexibility. This class incorporates cardio, core training, and artistic expression thought pole-base choreography. No prior experience needed-we will guide you from fundamentals to advance techniques.
OPTION 1 - NEW CLEINT DROP-INS
Level: Intro & Beginner level
Class Schedule: Fridays 7:45pm
Description: This class is open to those who want to fly occasionally, try out a class, or simply join for fun.
Lesson: This class will NOT follow a set lesson plan or include a dance routine. It will focus solely on essential beginner-level spins and foundational moves needed to progress into our Members-Only Program.
OPTION 2 - MEMBERS-ONLY PROGRAM
Open to our monthly members and frequent flyers who are focus on refining their technique, and progressing in their pole journey.
Levels: All levels - Beginner through advance
Prerequisite: If you're new to the studio, completion of a minimum of four Open-Level Drop-In classes is require before registering for the Member-Only Pole Fitness Program.
Schedule: Tuesdays & Wednesdays 7:45pm and Fridays 6:45pm
Small Class size: 8 students max to ensure individual attention.

We offer Private Lessons for those who prefer one-on-one attention, a personalized program tailored to their goals, and flexible scheduling that best fits their lifestyle.
Attire for Pole Fitness Classes: Sports bra or tank top. Wearing shorts will keep your legs fully exposed, maximizing your grip on the pole. Be sure to avoid body moisturizers such as lotions, oils, or creams, as they can create a slippery surface on the pole. Barefoot

Belly Dancing
Shimmy Your Way to Confidence!
Our belly dancing classes teach isolations, hip circles, shimmies, and graceful movements, culminating in a beautiful choreography sequence. Props such as veils, fans, and hip scarves bring a unique flair to each class.
Class Schedule: This class is offered as a monthly workshop. Contact the studio for upcoming sates and availability.
Attire: Wear clothing that allows that lets you move freely and highlights your lines and hip movement clearly, such as fitted tank top and leggings.
For your safety, please avoid applying moisturizer to your feet before class.

Core & Stretch
Let's Get Flexible!
In this class, we will guide you through stretching and core exercises designed to enhance your range of motion, improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and align your posture, all while alleviating stress and tension in your body. The session includes 15 minutes of core exercises aimed at strengthening your back muscles, which provide better spinal support and posture. You will also learn how to safely utilize props like foam rollers, massage balls, yoga wheels, yoga straps and blocks, as well as mobility sticks.
