All newcomers to the studio are required to participate in entry-level classes, regardless of their previous experience. This allows us to assess their skill level and safely assign them to the appropriate class level.
Attire Guidelines for Aerial Classes
Wear ankle-length leggings and a fitted long-sleeve top that covers your torso and armpits.
Avoid wearing jewelry, zippers, or any metal accessories that might harm the aerial equipment.
For your safety, please do not wear items such as hoodie sweaters or loose-fitting garments.
Attire Guidelines for Belly Dancing
Opt for comfortable attire that offers freedom of movement while also showcasing your movements, such as leggings paired with a fitted tank top.
Attire Guidelines for Pole Dancing
Opt for shorts, a sports bra, and a tank top. Wearing shorts will keep your legs fully exposed, maximizing your grip on the pole. Be sure to avoid body moisturizers such as lotions, oils, or creams, as they can create a slippery surface on the pole.
Register online beforehand
Arrive 15 minutes early to sign the waiver and get ready for class
Bring a valid ID that matches your online profile name
Wear or bring appropriate attire for the class type
Don’t forget to bring water
Most importantly, have FUN!
